The Story

How did this start?

A month back, I had this weird idea: create a website with 1 million lines. A board where you could buy line #1 or #10000 for $1, add text or a link, and "advertise" whatever you wanted.

I built it with AI and my past coding knowledge. It got 60 orders in the first week, but traffic died. Why? Because it was just a static board. People came, scrolled, and left. There was no reason to return.

So what is the "new" TheMillionLines?

I realized the site needed a reason for people to stay—something like the "doomscrolling" we do on social media. So I shut down the old site and rebuilt it from scratch.

The new site is a social marketplace with PVP elements. It now features a user system, wallets, sniping mechanics, heat ranking, and a daily jackpot. It's no longer just a billboard; it's a living economy.

Account & Wallet

Profile & Editing

Sign up with Email or Google. You can now edit your lines after purchase—no more permanent mistakes. Your profile tracks your active lines, lineage (history), notifications, and net worth.

Wallet System

To enable fast sniping, we added an internal wallet. Deposit via Stripe, and withdraw earnings to PayPal. We also support multiple checkout options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Crypto.

PVP & Mechanics

The Snipe System (1.4x Profit)

A line can be "sniped" for 1.4x its current value.

  • Why snipe? You take over the line's spot on the board and inherit its Heat. This gives you instant visibility on the feed without building it from scratch.
  • For the victim: You get paid the snipe price. You lose the line, but you make a profit.
  • Line Value: Base price + Add-ons (Color, BG, Shield). Investing in your line makes it harder to snipe but also ranks it higher.

Shield Protection

Don't want to be sniped? Add Shield protection.
Example: Imagine a Reddit war for Line #69. John owns it but keeps getting sniped. He can add a Shield to lock Line #69 permanently to his content, preventing anyone else from taking it.

Heat System

Activity = Visibility.
Heat is generated by votes, shares, and purchases. The more Heat, the higher you rank on the Main Feed and Trending. Heat decays 15% daily, so "dead" lines drop to the bottom.

Daily Jackpot

All lines bought and sniped add a percentage to the daily pot. To win, you must have the Highest Heat Score when the countdown ends. The winner gets the entire jackpot credited instantly.

Other Features

Categories

6 Categories: All, Meme, Crypto, Reddit, Social, and Ads. The system automatically detects line types (e.g., crypto lines) so you don't see spam when browsing memes.

Reddit Lines

Represent your favorite subreddit. The feature costs $1+ and fetches the subreddit banner as your background. Includes an r/name link directly to the sub.

Spoiler Mode

Add a spoiler tag to your line. Viewers must click to reveal the content—works just like NSFW spoilers on other sites.

UI & Dark Mode

A completely custom experience for Desktop and Mobile. Plus, a toggle for Dark/Light mode.

Lineage (History)

Nothing is ever truly lost. When a line is sniped or updated, its previous state is archived in the Lineage. You can browse the complete history of any line to see past owners, designs, and sale prices.
